There's a peculiar doll that communicates exclusively over radio waves. Its transmissions have a range with an approximately 200 foot radius, and it will broadcast over several frequencies at once.

95.1FM is the doll's conversational frequency. If spoken to, a response is broadcast over this channel using a voice typical of this type of doll.

88.8FM broadcasts intermittent speech consisting entirely of variations of "awawa". The tone of the "awawa"s on this channel has been observed to be largely consistent with the doll's mood, a hypothesis which the doll cheerfully supports when asked.

103.2FM is a chiptune music station. Analysis of recordings taken from this frequency have concluded that the music broadcast on this channel is produced strictly by a single 2A03 sound chip, the same as can be found in a Famicom game console. The small number of songs that have been identified have shown to originate from a wide variety of sources from radio-friendly pop, death metal, vaporwave, baroque, and tracks from video games that are available on consoles other than the Famicom. The doll unhelpfully describes this frequency as "a distillation of history's greatest bangers".

108.1FM features readings of fictional stories about dolls and witches. The voice on the broadcast is not the doll's voice, but is otherwise a consistent feminine voice. The stories largely focus on different types of doll such as "combat dolls" or "plush dolls" while occasionally including witches and other characters such as "moths", "spiders", and an unknown class of entity called "angels". The doll claims to have no knowledge of this frequency and is confused by questions about the specific stories.

The radio doll's origins are unknown. The doll possesses no marks that would identify its make and model. Its witch states that she bought it at a yard sale a few years ago at "quite the steal", but she doesn't recall an exact date or location for the transaction. The witch has shut down further inquiries for purchase, saying she's gotten "quite attached" to the entertainment the doll provides.
