what are your favorite bug reports? please do not explain why. here are some of mine:
For anyone who isn't able to play #GuildWars2 for whatever reason, here's the full Metal Legion concert.
For people who can play, I highly recommend hearing it in person because there are some things that I can't accurately represent in recorded form, like the fact that me telling you this concert including a surprise boss fight does not begin to do it justice.
Poll for people who don't play #GuildWars2:
These are the two elite specializations for elementalist. Please select the support specialization. (The other is for damage.)
Hey #GuildWars2 players,
With The Icebrood Saga's prologue episode coming out on Tuesday, I'm wondering:
What's the furthest you've completed in the game's story?
If you've skipped ahead, answer with the last one before you skipped.
ArenaNet: Today, April 1st 2011, we are introducing a new profession to our upcoming sequel to Guild Wars, the Commando.
The Public: This is ridiculous. ArenaNet would never add a combat class that could use flamethrowers, grenades, bombs, pistols, rifles, automated turrets, and orbital command strikes to this fantasy game!
[six and a half years later]
ArenaNet: With the upcoming expansion to #GuildWars2, Path of Fire, we are adding the ability to use a lightsaber as an alternative to the current elite specialization which lets you use unmanned drones on the profession that can use flamethrowers, grenades, bombs, pistols, rifles, automated turrets, and orbital command strikes.
[a year later]
[ArenaNet adds the first Commando to Guild Wars 2]
hot take, unions
You know what I hate about unions?
You're not allowed to fire people even if they're directly refusing to do the work you hired them to do or sabotaging the work of your other employees.
And you can only hire new employees once every few years, and the union gets pretty much total control over the candidate pool.
And sometimes the employees just straight-up murder their employer and you can't do anything about it.
Oh, wait, not unions. The United States Government. I always get those confused.
