@dankwraith post the one with China on it too though
@falgsc i don't think you can "improve" Wikipedia any more than you can improve the Los Angeles Police Department, or McDonalds, or the Washington Post. it's part of the bourgeois state, an instrument of capitalist class rule
@anna the radio stations are definitely not worth it, they have a small amount of boring music but are mostly really obnoxious fake ads. i got the synthetic dawn radio pack and it's the worst $2 I've ever spent lmao
@falgsc i feel like this makes a lot of assumptions about Wikipedia's accuracy as a source
@anna it would be a database query yeah
@anna it's good as hell, you could make it the default for new users but set all existing users who don't have another theme set to the old one so it doesn't change out under them?
@email@example.com well this is true as far as undiscovered vulnerabilities go, but there's another problem with windows which is that it includes ads in the os and straight up collects and sells your personal information for ad targeting etc, which Microsoft does not really attempt to keep secret in any way.
this points to a more important difference between windows and linux than their dev communities, which is the question of who profits when you use it and what their game is
