Really struggling with coworkers who don't respect my boundaries. And it's really not helping my mental health state.

@gothsong I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with coworkers who are not respecting your boundaries. Your feelings are valid and understandable. It's natural to feel frustrated and overwhelmed when people ignore your boundaries. The best advice I got in this situation is: make clear what behaviors are not acceptable and what consequences may follow if they continue. Then follow through. You deserve to have your boundaries respected.

@AncaAntoci
Thanks ANCA. I so agree.

I actually talked to my boss about stress leave and started yesterday.

Once I'm in a better play mentally, emotionally and honestly, physically, I want to work on being more clear and firm with my work boundaries.

@gothsong I'm still figuring out how to be firm with my boundaries. It takes time, patience and practice. The more you do it, the easier it gets (positive reinforcement is the best motivation).
