Hey peeps, reminder that don't let yourself be hung up by psychosomatic symptons from over stressing yourself.

Self care is now more important than ever, and you need to practice as much mental selfcare as physical self care.

If you feel like you are maybe going a little too much reading on this whole crisis and need some time for your mind to rest, do it, as someone who has those kinds of symptons from psychosomatic causes, I know for sure that in this whole isolation deal, we will need as much distraction as possible so our mind and soul can process it all.
