@gwador I'm a little late on the draw, but Insight Timer is what I use. It has a huge free library of guided and instrumental only meditations. It keeps track of your time for you so you can watch yourself grow from short meditations to longer ones. And at the end of each meditation, it gives you the option to interact with two or three other users who were using the app at the same time you were using it. You can skip the interaction completely, or send a stranger a 'thank you.'
@gwador It just depends on how involved you want your meditation to be. There are apps with features, just music, or just yourself - sitting down and setting a short timer. Try lots of things and see what motivates you the most. 😁
